There is a tiny body of executives within the the subscriber community which is exercised by changes to the forecasts. Perhaps missing the point that changes to the forecasts and especially very large changes to the forecasts is exactly what is required presently, they might be more content with this forecast which at all levels is very moderately higher than it was just a month ago but perhaps for few of the right reasons.
